1550 GLOBAL ASSIGNMENT CONSULTANT

Job Description

A relocation services company is seeking global mobility specialists to manage a variety of client accounts and services provided to their expatriate workforces. An opportunity for the career minded individual looking to continue their development within an account management capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Assignee briefing; Maintain communication with assignees and clients throughout the assignment life-cycle; Advise assignees on relocation policy entitlements and resolve and arising issues; Manage and facilitate destination services support; General Administration; Ad hoc projects. This is a full-time position.

Required Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of international relocation assignment experience and a good knowledge of expatriate relocation issues; Demonstrated management reporting based customer service experience along with excellent multi-cultural inter-personal and written communication skills.

This Job Requires the Following Skills:

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills and an exceptional attention to detail are critical elements to this position given the high level of corporate responsibility and cost management associated with international assignments; Excellent organizational skills are required. Candidate must be able to work under pressure and within short time constraints; The ideal candidate must possess a proven ability to understand the downstream systems and customer service implications of actions taken; Candidate will be able to identify, prioritize, and manage through to completion multiple deliverables simultaneously and working independently. Candidate will demonstrate ability to learn quickly and deal successfully with ambiguity; The candidate must be resourceful, adaptable, self-motivated and have a strong sense of ownership; Applicants with additional language skills have distinct advantage.
