 Job DescriptionAn agribusiness recruiting consultant is seeking an individual for the role of Production Director to oversee all aspects of 40,000+ acre farming operation in Ukraine/Russia. Wheat, canola, barley, corn, sunflowers. This is Not an office job; you will manage the farm managers and the farming crews. Reports to the COO. Salary is open. Full benefits: House, car, utilities, trips home all paid. Immediate need. Required Experience:Requires minimum 2 years of ag-related experience in Ukraine/Russia within the last 5 years. This Job Requires the Following Skills:Russian language ability preferred but NOT necessary; Must know best farming practices and have ability to implement them.
