Job Description
A global mobile telecommunications service provider and market leader in Asia, Latin America and Africa, has an opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who is interested in working in emerging markets.
Responsibilities include: Define local and regional HR strategy and policies within overall global business context, in terms of recruiting, organisational development, training and compensation & benefits; Optimize opportunities to continuously upgrade talent, coach and advise local and regional managers to maximize employees’ performance and potential.
Required Experience:
Experience in all HR activities i.e. recruitment & selection, organizational development, training & development, compensation and benefits
Position Level: Senior Management
Position Reports To: GM Laos and Regional Chief Executive
